For Glimps – Widgets & Countdown. Effective: March 8, 2026.
Eligibility
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- •If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Description of Service
- •Glimps – Widgets & Countdown allows users to create and manage countdown timers and home screen widgets for events such as reminders, anniversaries, and deadlines.
- •Features include customizable countdown timers, home screen widgets, and event tracking and reminders.
- •We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.
User Data
- •All countdown events and widget settings created by users are stored locally on the device unless otherwise stated.
- •Users are responsible for maintaining their own device data and backups.
Acceptable Use
- •You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
- •You must not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App.
- •You will not interfere with the App's functionality or security.
- •Violation of these rules may result in suspension of access.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- •The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
- •We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
- •To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
- •We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- •Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
